On Nature of the Psychical Substrate

Different hypotheses concerning the nature of physical substrate and the relation between psyche and bio-energetic processes in the living organism are considered. Various data evidencing the possibility of exis-tence of the substrate of the psyche phenomenology are analyzed. A hypothesis is suggested on relation of the physical substrate of the informational metabolism functions with Chinese energetic meridians.

An Integrative Approach to Suicide Prevention

The article presents theoretical substantiation for the possibility of application of integrative psychotherapy as a method of suicide prevention among individuals belonging to the risk group; dynamics of suicide-stimulating conflict is revealed from the viewpoint of the integrative approach.

Using Personality Factors in Process of Treatment of Boundary Psychopathy

Effective resonance psychotherapy of the patients with different forms of neurosis is possible in the case of the aimed influence on the corresponding factors of the socionic types of the informational metabolism. The past of the influence on suggestive (5th), activation (6th), intellectual (1st), creative (2nd) and other functions regarded. Dependence of the patients' hypnotibility from their socionic types has been revealed. Applying the methods of socionics increases the effectiveness of both individual and group psychotherapy and reduces the time necessary for healing.

Socionic Analogs to Playing Cards

A fruitful idea of existence of analogs to socionic categories in Tarot cards (TC) allows assuming that such similarities also exist in playing cards (PC) that represent more popular, though far more simplified version of the TC. This brings about an extra possibility to objectivise power relations between types of informational metabolism (TIMs) and to solve some burning socionic problems on that basis.
