Fractal pedagogy as an imperative of modern socio-humanitarian knowledge
Ideas about education as a way to translate knowledge cannot meet the challenges of modernity, since the methodological principles and practical didactic forms, methods and means were more consistent with the paradigm of classical and non-classical rationality, while the post-non-classical reality says different goals and priorities. The authors theoretically justify the need for the introduction of categorical apparatus of modern social and humanitarian knowledge of the concept of «fractal pedagogy», which will integrate science and social-humanitarian understanding of man as a multidimensional phenomenon, to justify the choice of means providing for the disclosure of actual and potential opportunities and personal fulfillment. This article conceptualized ideas of fractal pedagogy within the noumenal mentality; for the first time it is given the definition of the concept of «fractal pedagogy», examines its basic principles, historical retrospective evolutionary transformation of man from the standpoint of the theory of fractals.

Basic configuration of the Socion
Communicative space levels and socionic structural units are compared. The Socion (the set of 16 socionic types) is the highest unit of the socionic hierarchy, which consists of four groups. Each group, in turn, consists of four types, and each sociotype has four functions. The Socion is described in four base configurations depending on system of small groups it is examined through.

The main regularities of socionics
The results of A.Augustinavichiute’s researches in socionics are presented (interpretation of intertype relationships as a system of ‘strong’ and ‘weak’ interactions, the Socion Cube as informational and reference system, the Periodical System of Socion, which allowed to introduce 4-component binary coding of the types and quantitative correlations represented as agreeability coefficient, forming together a picture of intertype relationships). A hypothesis of possible application spheres of socionics is proposed.

It is investigated the personality type of the outstanding American statesman, first president of the United States of America (1789-1797), founder of the American Institute of presidency. It is shown that it belonged to the type logical-sensory extrovert.
